Your schedule in your phone's calendar

You can view a schedule outside the app too — right in your phone's calendar, as an ordinary subscription. The phone checks the link on its own and pulls in changes; there's nothing to download.

  • In the Telegram bot — the "📅 Calendar" button sends the link in a message.
  • In "My account" — the "Schedule calendar" section, "Get link" button.
  • For managers — on the employee's card, "Schedule calendar" section.

How to subscribe

iPhone

  1. Open the iPhone link (webcal) on your phone — the bot sends it on a separate line, or use the regular link instead.
  2. Calendar will offer to subscribe — confirm it.
  3. The schedule appears as a separate calendar alongside your others.

Android / Google Calendar

  1. Open Google CalendarSettingsAdd calendarFrom URL.
  2. Paste the regular https link (not the webcal one) and tap "Add calendar".
  3. Google Calendar refreshes subscriptions on its own, but not instantly — it can take up to a day, so a new shift might not show up right away.

What shows up in the calendar

  • Shifts — an event with a start and end time (a shift with no exact time shows as an all-day event instead).
  • Vacation and sick leave — separate all-day events.
  • Regular days off aren't shown — only working days and absences.

The link is personal — it only shows one employee's schedule, and the link itself carries no personal data. If you need to stop using it:

  • "Regenerate" — the old link stops working and a new one is issued (you'll need to re-subscribe on your phone).
  • "Revoke" — the link is disabled for good, with no replacement issued.

When an employee is terminated, their link is disabled automatically — there's nothing else to do.
