Copilot — manager assistant
Copilot is a button in the app header that opens a chat panel. Ask questions in plain text — answers are built from your organization's live data: schedule, employees, demand, budget.
What you can ask
A few examples — one for each topic the assistant understands:
- "Who's working tomorrow?"
- "Where are the gaps in the schedule in July?"
- "How many hours does an employee have this month?"
- "Who can't work weekends?"
- "Are there any open shifts?"
- "Who was late this month?"
- "What's the demand forecast?"
- "Are we staying within budget?"
Access rights
The assistant sees exactly what you see: the same permissions and data as your account. Questions about sections you don't have access to (for example, budget) will come back without data.
Credits
1 AI credit per question. If the answer fails, the credit is refunded automatically. Your balance is in the Billing section.
Conversations
Saved and visible only to you — even the organization owner can't open them. The last 20 conversations are kept, up to 50 messages per conversation.
An honest limit
The assistant only answers based on your organization's data; it will politely decline unrelated questions.
Actions with approval
The assistant can do more than answer — it can propose a concrete step, such as assigning an employee to a shift or creating an open shift. The proposal appears as a card right in the conversation, with "Run" and "Dismiss" buttons.
- Nothing runs on its own: the action happens only when you press "Run", and with your permissions.
- Before running, it checks the labor budget and the availability for that date. If something blocks it, you'll see the reason and can try again.
- Every decision (done, dismissed, or error) is saved to the log.
The proposal appears inside a normal assistant reply — that's the same 1 credit per message. Running it with the button is free.
Daily briefing
The "Daily briefing" button in the assistant panel puts together a short morning summary for your organization: who's on shift today, where you're short on people, yesterday's late arrivals, open shifts — based on your permissions. It costs 1 credit.
You can get the briefing automatically each morning in Telegram: turn on "Morning briefing" in the "My account" section (a linked Telegram bot is required). It arrives on its own, and no credits are charged for it.
