Exporting the schedule

The schedule can be exported in three formats. Click the Export button at the top of the page - the settings dialog opens.

Choose a format

  • PDF - a document ready to print or share. Supports all visual options: colors, legend, and the "On shift" row.
  • Excel - a .xlsx spreadsheet. Supports numeric data and most options, but not purely visual ones (cell colors, legend).
  • CSV - a plain-text format for importing into third-party systems. Contains data only - no colors, legend, or coverage row.

Choose a month and scope

In the dialog you can select which month to export (not necessarily the current one) and narrow the scope to All departments or a single department.

Export language

By default the document is generated in the interface language. Click Change to pick a different language: Russian, Ukrainian, or English.

What to include

Before downloading, check the options you need:

  • Shift times - start and end hours inside each cell.
  • Hours - shift duration in hours.
  • Late badges - markers on shifts with a late start.
  • Totals (Days off / Hours) - per-row sums of days off and hours.
  • "On shift" row - how many people work each day.
  • "Unassigned" - empty slots with no employee.
  • Status colors - cell fill by shift type (PDF/Excel only).
  • Legend - color key at the bottom of the document (PDF/Excel only).

When you are done, click Download - the file downloads automatically.
