Exporting the schedule
The schedule can be exported in three formats. Click the Export button at the top of the page - the settings dialog opens.
Choose a format
- PDF - a document ready to print or share. Supports all visual options: colors, legend, and the "On shift" row.
- Excel - a
.xlsxspreadsheet. Supports numeric data and most options, but not purely visual ones (cell colors, legend). - CSV - a plain-text format for importing into third-party systems. Contains data only - no colors, legend, or coverage row.
Choose a month and scope
In the dialog you can select which month to export (not necessarily the current one) and narrow the scope to All departments or a single department.
Export language
By default the document is generated in the interface language. Click Change to pick a different language: Russian, Ukrainian, or English.
