Team dashboard
The dashboard brings your team's key metrics into one place. Data is calculated automatically from the shift schedule and employee cards - no manual report assembly needed.
To open the dashboard, click Dashboard in the sidebar. The section is available to roles with the View dashboard permission.
KPI cards
Six cards sit at the top of the page:
- Employees - total headcount and how many joined this month.
- On shift today - how many people are scheduled today and what percentage of the full team that is.
- Hours this month - total planned team hours and the change from the previous period.
- Deficit days - how many days this month coverage fell below the required threshold.
- Overtime - how many employees have more than 200 planned hours.
- Avg per person - average hours per employee and the change from last month.
Coverage heatmap
The "Coverage by day" block shows a rolling 12-month view: each day is a cell, and its color reflects the number of people on shift. Darker means more. Hover over a cell to see the exact number.
The heatmap makes it easy to spot patterns: consistently light Saturdays, dips on certain weeks, or seasonal drops.
Team hours chart
The "Team hours" block shows planned hours broken down by day of the week or by calendar date - switch between Week and Month using the toggle buttons.
Absences, events, and HR tasks
- Vacations and sick leave - who is absent today.
- Events - upcoming birthdays and work anniversaries.
- HR tasks - a task list with tags (Hiring, Documents, Team, Other). Add a task with the Task button; check it off when done.
Adaptation stages in the team
In the Team widget, the Stage column shows each employee's adaptation stage (colored from the stage builder), and the Board column shows which board they're on. People not in adaptation are marked as Employee. The widget header summarizes counts per stage. The Board and Stage filters (next to All team) let you pick several boards or stages and show all matching employees.
