Smengo has three plans: Start, Team, and Business. Every plan includes the matrix schedule, PDF/PNG export, and full access for your whole team during the trial.

Start plan

Best for small teams just getting started with Smengo.

• Up to 25 employees
• Up to 2 departments
• Up to 1 manager (a role scoped to specific departments)
• Monthly grid view, basic shift statuses, PDF/PNG export

Team plan

For growing teams that need to track coverage.

• Up to 100 employees
• Unlimited departments
• Up to 3 managers
• Everything in Start, plus coverage alerts and attendance analytics

Business plan

For large operations with multiple teams and extended integrations.

• Up to 300 employees
• Unlimited departments
• Up to 10 managers
• Everything in Team, plus a Telegram bot, employee portal, and API access

How limits are enforced

Employee and manager limits are checked server-side on every addition. If you reach the limit, Smengo shows a warning - existing data stays intact. Upgrade your plan to add more.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars ($) and listed on the Pricing page. Payment is processed through Paddle, which accepts Visa and Mastercard.
