Training & briefings
The "Training" page is where you write briefings and training materials — a title and text that employees receive directly in the Telegram bot with a confirmation button. Open it from the Training menu item.
What a material is
A material has a title (up to 120 characters) and a text (up to 4000 characters). Title and text combined can't exceed 4050 characters — that's Telegram's own message length limit. A counter under the text field shows how many characters you've used out of 4000.
Audience
When creating a material, you choose who receives it:
- All employees — the whole organization;
- Department — one selected department;
- Position — every employee with the given position, regardless of department.
Reminders
The material form has a "Reminders" field: "Off", "1 day", "3 days", or "7 days" — the default is 3 days. This sets how many times the bot will remind whoever hasn't finished the material yet.
After publishing, once a day, in the morning, the bot sends anyone who hasn't finished a single message listing their unfinished materials — no more than the chosen number of times. As soon as an employee confirms reading (or passes the quiz, if the material has one), reminders for that material stop for them. Like the rest of the material's fields, "Reminders" is locked in by publishing and can't be changed afterward.
Draft
While a material isn't published, it stays a draft: you can freely edit the title, text, audience, and reminders, add or redo the quiz, or delete the material entirely — no employee sees anything yet.
Quiz on a material
Until a new material is saved for the first time, the "Quiz" section shows a hint instead — "Save the draft to add a quiz" — save the material (you don't need to publish it yet) and quiz generation becomes available.
In the "Quiz" section of a saved draft, pick the number of questions (3, 4, or 5) and click "Generate quiz (1 credit)": the assistant writes questions from the material's text — each question gets three answer options with one correct one. This charges 1 AI credit.
You can freely edit the generated questions, answer options, and which option is marked correct, and remove extra questions (edits are free; at least one question must remain). Once you're happy with it, click "Save quiz". If the result isn't right, "Regenerate (1 credit)" replaces all the questions with new ones for another credit; an already-saved quiz can be regenerated the same way, or removed with the "Delete quiz" button.
If the material's text is too thin to build a quiz from, the system tells you so and doesn't charge a credit.
Publishing the material freezes the quiz along with the text and audience — after that, the questions, answer options, and correct-answer marks can no longer be changed.
Publishing
Publishing is one-way: once published, you can no longer edit the title, text, audience, reminders, or quiz — you'd need to create a new material instead. The system warns you about this before you send.
As soon as a material is published, it's sent to the Telegram bot for every employee in the audience who has a linked Telegram account. For a material without a quiz, the employee sees the title, the text, and a "✅ Mark as read" button below the message — tapping it records the confirmation date. For a material with a quiz, they see a "📝 Take the quiz" button instead: it opens the questions one at a time, and passing is confirmed not by tapping a button but by answering every question correctly in one run (see "Quiz on a material" above for details). If the employee answers incorrectly, the bot tells them the quiz wasn't passed and offers to re-read the material and try again — there's no limit on the number of attempts; the owner sees the attempt count and outcome in the material report.
Employees without a linked Telegram bot don't receive the material — they still show up in the report under a separate "No Telegram" status, so you know who needs to be informed another way.
Material report
Opening a published material shows a table of recipients: employee, department, and status.
For a material without a quiz, the status is a read date, "Not read", or "No Telegram". For a material with a quiz, the status shows the outcome: for example, "✅ passed Jul 14, 2026 (2 attempts)" — the quiz was passed, with the total number of attempts in parentheses; "Tried (3 attempts), not passed" — there were attempts, but none succeeded; "Not read" — the employee hasn't opened the quiz yet; "No Telegram" — as usual. Retaking has no limit, so the attempt count can be any number.
The "Not passed only" checkbox narrows the list to whoever still needs a nudge.
My trainings
In the Telegram bot's main menu, the employee has a "🎓 My trainings" button — a list of every material ever sent to them, marked ✅ if it's read (or the quiz is passed) and ❗ if not. Unfinished materials have a button next to them: tapping it for a plain material marks it read right away, and for a quiz material it reopens the quiz.
Deleting
You can delete both drafts and already-published materials. Deleting a published material permanently removes all read confirmations — the system warns about this separately.
Who can do what
Creating, publishing, editing drafts, deleting materials, and viewing the report all require the "Training & briefings" permission. By default, the owner and administrator have it. Custom roles can be granted this permission individually under Settings → Roles.
